This thesis represents a unique development solution located in the immediate proximity to the Nové Dvory underground station on the future line D in the Prague 4 neighbourhood. The site area is approximately 3.5 ha. We suggest to build a multifunctional complex whose realization is analyzed from the construction, commercial, legal and financial perspectives. We suggest an optimal mix of realized functional spaces, based on the analysis of city construction statistics, ownership title specifics, problematics of finance and assumptions on the future real estate market trends.
