This work is based on the proposed solution for the evaluation of the area Nové Dvory. It is a location with great potential, mainly due to the planned construction of the metro station "Nové Dvory" and the extension of the tram network. The big challenge in planning this project was not only the ownership diversity of the land, but our approach based on meeting the requirements of citizens and the city district, despite the unprofitability of their claims.
