Trends development in the football players market

The aim of this work is to analyze the development of the football market from 2012 to 2022. The work is divided into three parts, while the first part deals with the definition of player transfers and the general development of transfer amounts. The second part analyzes developments in major European markets and compares them. The last part deals with some of the secondary markets that are interesting for their development or potential. In this work we will find answers to the questions of how the expenditures on transfers in individual leagues developed, what caused the decrease or increase of these expenditures and what are the reasons for the dominance of some clubs in their leagues. It also analyzes the share of foreigners and the development of income in the best European leagues.Cílem této práce je analyzovat vývoj na fotbalovém trhu od roku 2012 do roku 2022. Práce je rozdělena na tři části, přičemž první část se zabývá definicí hráčských přestupů a obecně vývojem přestupních částek. Druhá část sleduje vývoj na hlavní evropských trzích a jejich porovnání. Poslední část pak sleduje některé z vedlejších trhů, které jsou zajímavé svým vývojem nebo potenciálem. V práci nalezneme odpověď na otázky, jak se vyvíjely výdaje na přestupy v jednotlivých ligách, co způsobilo pokles či nárůst těchto výdajů a jaké jsou důvody dominance některých klubů ve svých ligách. Je zde také řešen podíl cizinců či vývoj příjmů v nejlepších evropských ligách
