In an uncertain business environment, employee performance is a determinant of the overall performance of the organization. Every change demands innovative behavior from employees as well as a leadership role in dealing with it. The lack of employee contributions in providing an innovative attitude has made Bank Riau Kepri experience a long transition to adapt to the recent pandemic conditions.
