Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui apakah komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerjapada karyawan divisi terminal II PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok Jakarta, 2) Untuk mengetahui apakah etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pada karyawan divisi terminal II PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok Jakarta, 3)Untuk mengetahui apakah komitmen organisasi dan etos kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pada karyawan divisi terminal II PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok Jakarta.
