According to scientific literature, stress is identified as both negative and positive. Positive stress is not problematic phenomenon in organizations and rather influences organization's employees positively, improves the organization's activities. This study provides a negative stress risks to the organizations and their personnel, by stress causes, its assessment on the conflict and their solutions, stress management (reduction) techniques.
