DIMENSIONNEMENT PAR OPTIMISATION DES INDUCTEURS A AIMANTS POUR APPLICATION AUXILIAIRE AUTOMOBILE

Throughout this work, we studied the ferrite magnets flux packages design problematic for automotive auxiliary motors, working on both brushless and D.C. motors. A dataprocessing tool to find the optimal flux package geometrical and physical magnitudes, while respecting the sizing requirements, was established. This tool is based on an analytical model of the flux package, with a formal resolution of the field equations, which has the originality of estimating the irreversible demagnetization while taking into consideration the real shape of the ferrites segments. It also includes an economic and industrial model that is used to study the cost and feasibility of the ferrites segments. The performances of this tool were successfully demonstrated on an ABS motor cost optimization.Au cours de ce travail, nous nous sommes intéressés à la problématique du dimensionnement des inducteurs à aimants ferrites pour moteurs d'auxiliaire automobile, aussi bien brushless qu'à courant continu. Un outil informatique permettant de trouver les grandeurs géométriques et physiques optimales pour un inducteur, tout en respectant le cahier des charges, a été réalisé. Cet outil s'appuie sur un modèle analytique de l'inducteur, basé sur la résolution formelle des équations de champ, qui a l'originalité de permettre d'estimer la désaimantation irréversible des segments ferrites ainsi que de prendre en compte leur forme réelle. Il utilise également un modèle économique et industriel qui prête une attention spéciale au coût et à la faisabilité des segments ferrites. Les performances de cet outil ont été démontrées avec succès lors de l'optimisation du coût d'un moteur pour application ABS
