ANALISIS PENGARUH PROFESIONALISME BIROKRASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA BIDANG BINA PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DINAS KESEHATAN PROVINS! JAWA BARAT

This research based on main problem that is the low Employee Performance at Field of Health Care Department of Health West Java Province. This condition is predicted because of has not implemented yet of Bureaucratic Profesionalism aspects. The approach in this research about Bureaucratic Profesionalism and Employee Performance from public policy and public administration as master theory to develop science area of public administration. Research method is explanatory survey. This research use quantitative analysis usage Path Analysis Method meant to know value of influence Bureaucratic Profesionalism variable to Employee Performance at Field of Health Care Department of Health West Java Province,either through simultan and also by parsial. Result of research indicate that by simultan, Bureaucratic Profesionalism aspects (X) have an effect significance to Employee Performance (Y) equal to 47,48% . As for influence of other variable (e) to Employee Performance (Y) equal to 52,52% . The conclusion of this research is Bureaucratic Profesionalism aspects influential significantly to Employee Performance at Field of Health Care Department of Health West Java Province. Conclusions of this research are that accross the board Bureaucratic Profesionalism aspects has been executed and implemented according to Employee Performance factors.
