Tato disertační práce se soustředí na syntézu a polymerizaci kaprolaktonu a jeho derivátů. Nanoagregáty z amfifilních blokových kopolymerů a telechelických polymerů s inkorporovanými sloučeninami bóru (fenylboritá kyselina a boránové klastry) byly připraveny samo skladbou ve vodných roztocích. Inkorporace borových sloučenin byla buď kovelentního nebo nekovalentního charakteru. Získané komplexní nanočástice reagovaly na vnější stimulus a byly zkoumány v různých podmínkách kombinací rozptylu světla, fluorescenční spektroskopie a elektronové mikroskopie. Získané výsledky, o roztokovém chování polymerů v kombinaci s přidanou hodnotou sloučenin boru a překonané výzvy v procesu syntézy, popisují obecné aspekty ladění morfologie nanoagregátů a jej...
