PENGARUH INFLASI, SUKU BUNGA, KURS, DAN TINGKAT PERTUMBUHAN PRODUK DOMESTIK BRUTO (PDB) TERHADAP INDEKS SEKTORAL PROPERTI (ISP)

ABSTRACT In the midst of the decline in the domestic property sector, it is becoming something that is interesting to study. What are the factors that influence the Property Sector Index. Property Sector Index is chosen as a representation of large-scale enterprises that engaged in property. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the Property Sector Index. The independent variables examined in this study are inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, and the growth rate of gross domestic product. Hypothesis test in this study using multiple regression analysis with t test. Hypothesis testing results show that the inflation, exchange rate, and the rate of growth of gross domestic product have significantly affect the Property Sector Index, while the variable BI rate has no significant influence on the Property Sector Index.
