ANALISIS PENGARUH VARIABEL MAKRO EKONOMI TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM (Studi Kasus Saham Real Estate and Property yang Terdaftar di Daftar Efek Syariah Periode 2010-2015)

An inflexible pieces economy that reflected in the inflation rate, gross domestic product, and economic growth lead to fluctuations in the economy in Indonesia each year. It shows the influence of macro-economic against the price of shares in the capital market. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of macro-economic indicators concerning, the rate of inflation, Gross Domestic Product, and economic growth against the stock price Real Estate industry and Property registered in the list of effects of Sharia (DES) over the period 2010-2015. The methods used in this research is to use the Regression Data Penel. Data obtained from annual report of each selected company of Indonesia stock exchange, the economic indicators of the Central Bureau of Statistics. Sampling in this study using a purposive sampling and data collected by the technique of taking notes. The results showed that the variable has a negative influence on inflation and significant, the variable GDP (Gross Domestic Product) has a positive and significant influence on the price of the shares of Real Estate companies and Property registered in the list of effects. While economic growth was only significant variable when tested simultaneously and not significant when partially tested. [INDONESIA] Ketidak stabilan perekonomian yang tercermin dari laju inflasi, Produk Domestik Bruto, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi mengakibatkan fluktuasi dalam perekonomian Indonesia di setiap tahunnya. Hal tersebut menunjukkan eratnya pengaruh makro ekonomi terhadap harga saham di pasar modal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji mengenai pengaruh indikator ekonomi makro, tingkat inflasi, Produk Domestik Bruto, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap harga saham industri Real Estate and Property yang terdaftar di Daftar Efek Syariah (DES) selama periode tahun 2010-2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Regresi Data Penel. Data diperoleh dari laporan tahunan setiap perusahaan terpilih dari Bursa Efek Indonesia, Indikator ekonomi dari Badan Pusat Statistik. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling dan data dikumpulkan dengan teknik mencatat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel inflasi memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan, variabel Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan-perusahaan Real Estate and Property yang terdaftar di Daftar Efek Syariah. Sedangkan variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi hanya signifikan bila diuji secara simultan dan tidak signifikan bila diuji secara parsial.
