The publication shows the research results in the field of conflicts arising within the framework of process management in selected manufacturing enterprises. The purpose of the research was to find answers to two questions: 1) what are the most frequent conflicts in process management? 2) when conflicts are the cause of success and when process management fails? In the course of the research, methods were used, which included the literature studies, surveys, analysis and synthesis. The findings of the research were used to formulate recommendations on how to resolve conflicts in process management
