Cultural ruptures and continuity in the low valley of Yapatera: Formalized categorization approach of a pottery material recollected on surface The low valley of Yapatera located in the Piura highlands, an alluvial delta of sixty square kilometers, has been prospected systematically in 1988, in order to collect enough information to reassemble the prehispanic human occupation on this micro-region.
