[SPA] La luz realiza una función importante durante la fase de multiplicación en el cultivo in vitro de Limonium sinuatum. La intensidad lumínica afecta al crecimiento, a la tasa de multiplicación y a la concentración de pigmentos de las plantas. Este trabajo presenta los resultados del comportamiento de cuatro variedades de L. sinuatum de diferentes colores, SN8946, SN9013, SN9000 y SN9001, subcultivadas en medio Murashige y Skoog (MS) suplementado con N6-benziladenina (BA) en tres tratamientos de iluminación. Se midió para cada uno de ellos la radiación fotosintéticamente activa (PAR), cuantificando el flujo de fotones fotosintéticamente activos (FFF).
