The light source can regulate the morphogenesis of the in vitro culture. The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of four different LED light: white, red, blue and pink (50% blue and 50% red) under the stages of multiplication and rooting of in vitro cultures of Cedrela odorata. In the multiplication phase, the MS culture medium was added to 8.8 μM of 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP) and 0.28 μM of gibberellic acid (GA3) under the effect of the types of light. Rooting was evaluated the interaction of light types under two concentrations of indolebutyric acid IBA (4.9 and 9.8 μM).
