Proceeding Seminar &Call For Papers : Business Dynamics Toward Competitive Economic Region Of Asean (Salatiga : 2014), p. 12 - 21The purpose of this research is to obtain the information that there is direct posititive effect of organizational culture, leadership, work environment, and organization trust on the organizational commitment. By quantitative approach this research used a survey method by structured interview with a sample of 75 teachers. The data collected were processed by path analysis. The result showed that (1) the organizational commitment was effected directly positive by the organizational culture, leadership, work environment, and trust; (2) there are direct positive effects of the organizational culture, leadership, and work environment on trust. The conclusion and implications are the organizational culture, leadership, work environment and trust should be managed as well as possible to improve the organizational commitment of the teacher
