The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational culture and organizational commitment on the work ethic of North Bengkulu Regency Education Office employees. The study was conducted on a work ethic with a study population of 84 and a sample selection of 69 employees of the North Bengkulu Education Office. This research uses a quantitative approach with a path analysis method.
