Verbal Sexual Harassment (Catcalling) It often happens in the community but this is still considered normal and not an important thing to responded. Verbal Sexual Harassment (Catcalling) can occur anywhere such as in public spaces such as roads, public transportation and university environments which makes the victim feel more embarrassed and uncomfortable and can even cause trauma and can occur in women of various ages ranging from children to adults. children, adolescents and most of them occur in adults. So it does not rule out the possibility of verbal sexual harassment (catcalling) to students in the university environment of Malang City. As for the formulation of the problem in this study, first, how are the forms of verbal sexual harassment (catcalling) experienced by female students in the university environment of Malang. The two factors cause Verbal Sexual Harassment (Catcalling) experienced by female students in the Malang City Higher Education Environment and the third is how the legal protection against acts of Verbal Sexual Harassment (Catcalling) experienced by female students in the Malang City Higher Education environment. The research method used in this study is a sociological juridical approach, primary and secondary data sources. Data was collected by means of questionnaires, interviews and literature studies and then analyzed using qualitative analysis methods. Based on the results of the first study, there are several forms of verbal sexual harassment (catcalling) experienced by students at universities in Malang, all of which are covered in the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30 of 2021 concerning Prevention and Handling of Violence. Sexuality in a College Environment. Second, there are factors that cause female students to become victims of verbal sexual harassment (catcalling) caused by themselves. Third, there is legal protection against Verbal Sexual Harassment (Catcalling) provided by the Batu City Police, Malang City Police, P2TP2A and Malang Universities with various efforts ranging from pre-emptive, preventive, repressive and rehabilitative. The advice of the author for the Malang University should more immediately update the Rector's Regulation to provide legal protection against Sexual Violence that is better and in accordance with what is regulated in the Permnendikbud
