PENGEMBANGAN BUKALOK (BUKU AJAR KEARIFAN LOKAL) KOTA BATU PADA PEMBELAJARAN TEMATIK TEMA BERBAGAI PEKERJAAN UNTUK KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR

In fact, teaching materials play an important role in learning, because they can be used as a support in the process of learning activities. Based on the needs analysis on observations and interviews, several problems were found, while the problems found were that students had difficulty understanding the material, low reading and research culture for students, low enthusiasm for student learning, and lack of teaching materials, so that learning is packaged in an interesting and fun way, by exploring the potential of each student through the culture and circumstances of the surrounding environment, one of which is by developing BUKALOK (Teaching Book of Local Wisdom) Batu City in the Thematic Learning with the Theme of Various Jobs for Grade IV Elementary School. This study aims to foster student learning enthusiasm and increase student concentration and potential through Local Wisdom-Based Textbooks so that students can know the surrounding culture in order to preserve and maintain local wisdom around them. This study uses the ADDIE model, in which there are five stages, namely, analysis (Analyze), planning (Design), development (Development), implementation (Implementation), and evaluation (Evaluation). The data collection technique used in this study used observation, interview, documentation and questionnaire techniques. Data analysis techniques used in this study are qualitative and quantitative. As the data source, 18 students were selected for grade IV at SDN Junrejo 02 Kota Batu. The results showed that the teaching materials developed were valid, it was shown through the validation of material experts reaching a validity level of 88% and the validation of teaching materials reaching a validity level of 86%. The teaching materials used can also be said to be interesting, this is indicated by the percentage of student responses to BUKALOK (Book of Local Wisdom) Batu City in thematic learning reaching 88%. The use of BUKALOK can also help students understand the material, this is indicated by the results of students' scores, most of whom reach scores above the KKM, which is an average of 87. The results of this study, the development of BUKALOK in thematic learning is recommended to be used as a reference in the preparation of teaching and tutoring programs as well as developing other teaching materials that can support learning success
