The cover image shows the Cle Elum State Bank, circa 1910, where the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company was housed. In 1906, A.S. Paul, a contractor, constructed the Cle Elum State Bank on the corner of E. First Street and Harris Avenue in Cle Elum. Also housed in this building were the offices of G.P.
