Health and fitness coaching competence adaptability in Lithuania

It is analysis of sport coaching competence situation in Lithuania. In which included concept of competence, its development, and class. Also considering concept of sport coaching qualification, its improvement facilities. Key of this study is to find out sport coaching competence level, analyze it and make prospectives of it in Lithuania sport system, likewise to find out whose of competence standarts are the most usable by sports coaching. Goals where made like: 1 To establish competence and qualification singularity. 2 To ground sport coaches competence improovement necessity in social relationship. 3. To make a review of health and fitness coaches qualification improovement situation in the Europe. 4 To analyze health and fitness coaches competences by the client point of view and it‘s compatibility to the Europe standarts.
