Organizational collaboration activities in the tourism cluster

It is increasingly difficult for individual organizations to survive in the modern economy, and often cooperation is one way for organizations to meet larger organizations and improve their outcomes. Changes in the tourism sector are increasingly encouraging closer cooperation with other organizations, and dependence on prosperity is one way to look for such cooperation. The work reveals the concept of cooperation, systems, models and levels of cooperation, as well as the benefits and interruptions of cooperation with other organizations. Anykščiai tourism cluster was selected to identify the cooperative activities that were performed in qualitative research, distinguishing the peculiarities of this sector. The aim of the work - to establish cooperation activities in the tourist cluster. Research methods: Analysis of scientific literature; Semi-structured interviews; Qualitative content analysis. Significant results and conclusions: the work revealed that the activity of Anykščiai tourism cluster is developing at three different levels of cooperation: micro level, meso-level and echo-level. The main activities through which members collaborate and try to develop cooperation with each other is the creation of information publications and participation in exhibitions. These two activities are aimed at disseminating information about the Anykščiai region itself and the services and activities provided by the members. As a tremendous disorder participated in the tourist club, a lack of human resources and a lack of initiative were identified which prevented the development of quality cooperation with each other
