Effect of physiotherapy on endoprothesized led pain, muscle strength and movement range in 2002 and 2017.

Thesis objective: To ascertain the effect of physiotherapy on endoprothesized leg pain, muscle strength and movement range in 2002 and 2017. Object of research: the effect of physiotherapy in the subjects before and after on endoprothesized leg pain, muscle strength and movement range after hip joint endoprosthesis in 2002 and 2017. Research tasks: 1. To ascertain the effect of physiotherapy on the pain of the leg after surgery, as well as its muscle strength and movement range during hip joint endoprosthesis in 2002. 2. To ascertain the effect of physiotherapy on the pain of the leg after surgery, as well as its muscle strength and movement range during hip joint endoprosthesis in 2017. 3. To compare the results acquired in 2002 and 2017. 4. To compare the 2002 and 2017 effect of physiotherapy on endoprothesized leg pain, muscle strength and movement range in the aspect of gender. Research methods: pain evaluation according to VAS, applied muscle strength testing using the Lovett method, goniometry (in degrees). Research participants and organisation: the research took place between 12/09/2016 - 12/03/2017 in the X Rehabilitation Clinic. 20 patients took part in the research, 50-80 years old, after a hip joint endoprosthesis surgery. Conclusions: 1. After analysing the 2002 hip joint endoprosthesis after applying physiotherapy, the leg pain, muscle strength and movement range were all getting better with statistical significance. 2. 1. After analysing the 2017 hip joint endoprosthesis after applying physiotherapy, the leg pain, muscle strength and movement range were all getting better with statistical significance. 3. After comparing hip joint surgery and physiotherapy application of 2002 and 2017, no statistically significant difference between the results was detected. 4. After comparing the 2002 and 2017 physiotherapy effect on endoprothesized leg pain, muscle strength and movement range in the aspect of gender, significant difference between the results was detected
