The living skills of different nationalities students and their health complaints interface research

The aim of the research: To evaluate the interfaces of the different nationalities students living skills and complaints. Tasks of the research: 1. To evaluate the living skills of Lithuanian, Portugease and Polish students 2. To investigate the health complaints of Lithuanian, Portuguese and Polish students 3. To evaluate the interfaces of the different nationalities students living skills and complaints Research methods: 1) The analisis of scientific literature 2) Questionnairing 3) Statistical analysis The study was carried out from 2016 of December to 2017 March. The study involved 487 14-15 year-old adolescents: 200 students from Lithuania, 87 students from Portugal and 200 students from Poland. Samples do not represent countries was casual and comfortable The study used HBSC questionnaire. Statistical data analysis was performed using SPSS 19.0 statistical package. Conclusions: 1. Analyzing the eating habits of statistically significant differences were found in the breakfast habits, fruit, vegetables, sweets, Coca-Cola and other soft drinks, fish consumption. Most usually breakfast consumes on weekdays portuguese, sparsely Lithuanian students (p 0, 05). 2. Investigated the health complaints of adolescents statistically significant differences were found in the stomach or abdominal pain, back pain, nervous tension or concern, dizziness or weakness, insomnia. The most common abdominal pain felt by Polish students and sparsely lithuanian students (p <0.05). About back pain most usually complain Portuguese students, Lithuanians students the least often (p <0.05). About nervous tension or concern the most usually complain Lithuanians, sparsely Portuguese students. (P <0.05). About dizziness, weakness the most usually complain Lithuanian and sparsely Portuguese students(p <0.05). About insomnia the most usually complain Lithuanian students, Portuguese the least often (p <0.05). 3. The examination of pupils living habits and health complaints interfaces were observed, that the more days per week students eat breakfast, the weaker headache they feel (p <0.05), the more students eat vegetables, the weaker headache they feel (p <0.05), the more time students spending online chatting, the stonger the headache (p <0.05) the less the students smokes, the weaker headache they feel (p <0.05), the less the students drink beer, the weaker headache they feel (p <0.05), the less the students drink vodka and other strong alcoholic beverages the weaker the headache they feel (p <0.01), the more times the students drink alcohol beverages in oder to get drunk the stonger headache they feel (p <0.01) the more days per week the students eat breakfast, the weaker stomachache they feel (p <0.01), the more sugar free drinks the students drink, the stronger stomachache they feel ( <0.01) the less students exercise and play sports so thats the breathing become more frequent, the stronger stomach or abdominal pain they feel (p <0.05), the more time students spending online chatting, the stonger the stomach or abdominal pain they feel (p <0.05) the more days per week the students eat breakfast, the weaker sadness and anxiety they feel (p <0.05), the more hours per week, students exercise and play sports so thats breathing become more frequent, the weaker sadness and anxiety they feel (p <0.05) the more time students spending online chatting, the stronger sadness and anxiety they feel (p <0.05) the more students drink less alcoholic beverages (cider, mix, fizz, cocktail with alcohol), the weaker sadness, anxiety they feel (p < 0.01)
