The purpose of this action research was to address the declining health and wellness of analysts in the regional operating headquarters (ROHQ) of a financial institution. The manifestation of the presented issue in the organization consists of unscheduled medical leaves, increased financial expenses due to physical strains and the constant fatigues and tiredness experienced. Together with my collaborators, we aimed to utilize our allotted breaks, minimize working longer hours and incorporate activities to boost health and wellness.
