This Insider Action Research (IAR) paper focuses on improving the workplace health of Credit Management Division (CMD) – Dept. A (Team Ciara) by identifying and addressing its workplace health issues. Developing a healthy workplace is important because it affects the health of the workers and worker health affects the enterprise while workplace health, worker health, and the community are interrelated (Burton, 2010).
