Wroten, longtime employee of the Center Disease Control (CDC) and the Florida Department of Health, discusses his time as director of Florida’s sexually transmitted disease program. He describes his role in both the control and prevention of various diseases impacting Florida, including syphilis, gonorrhea, and HIV/AIDS.
