PENGARUH TINGKAT INFLASI, PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DAN PERTUMBUHAN PENDUDUK TERHADAP TINGKAT PENGANGGURAN TERBUKA DI INDONESIA TAHUN 1991-2020

The problem of unemployment is experienced by all countries in the world, including Indonesia because of the imbalance between the number of workers offered and the workers demanded. This study aims to determine the effect and analyze the variables The Inflation Rate, Economic Growth, and Population Growth on the Open Unemployment Rate in Indonesia in 1991-2020. The data used in this study is secondary data taken from BPS and the World Bank using time series data over 30 years. Using multiple linear regression analysis and the results of the study show that the inflation rate and economic growth variables have a positive influence on the unemployment rate in Indonesia and population growth harms the unemployment rate in Indonesia
