This study aimed to analyze the effect of unemployment on inflation, population growth and the minimum wage. This type of research is quantitative research. Year study period, from 1993 - 2012 using a multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data sourced from BPS Indonesia. The estimation results indicate that: a) inflation and no significant negative effect on the unemployment rate, b) population growth is positive and significant impact on the unemployment rate, c) Wages positive and significant impact on the unemployment rate. The coefficient of determination (r2) is 0.601 for the variable inflation, population growth and wages.
