PENANGANAN PENGUNGSI DI INDONESIA DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 SEBAGAI NEGARA YANG BELUM MENGAKSESI KONVENSI JENEWA 1951 DAN PROTOKOL NEW YORK 1967 TENTANG PENGUNGSI

The main topic of this thesis is about Handling Refugees In Indonesia During Covid-19 Pandemic As a Country That Have Not Accessed The 1951 Geneva Convention and the 1967 New York Protocol Concerning about Refugees , the problem in this research is how Indonesia handle the refugees during the Covid-19 Pandemic as a country that have not accessed the Ganeva convention and the New York Protocol concerning about refugees. The purpose of this thesis is to find out what are the obstacle that Indonesia faced about refugees during the pandemic and what are the authority that Indonesia have concerning refugees. This writing uses the type of normative legal research, legal research methods carried out by examining library materials or secondary data. The conclution of this research is that Indonesia's authority concerning handling refugees in Indonesian territory is not optimal because Indonesia has not acceded the Conventions and Protocols about refugees And also the handling of refugees in Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic is still very lacked
