Add to ORKGThe subject of the thesis is the development of project documentation for the construction of a nursing home in Zlín for clients who are unable to take care of themselves and need full day care. The nursing home is designed to stand alone in sloping terrain. The slope is used and the entrance to the first above-ground level is at the level of the modified terrain from Broučkova street and the entrance to the basement is also from the modified terrain. The building is designed with one underground floor and five upper floors. The circumferential and internal supporting masonry is designed from ceramic cut cinder blocks on the upper floors.
