Nursing Home

The diploma thesis focuses on design of a nursing home in Planá nad Lužnicí. The building is freely standing on a flat land, with three above-ground floors. The entrance to the building is solved from the northeast side of the local road, the main entrance is oriented on the northwest side. The vertical support structures are made of Heluz brick blocks and covered with a mineral wool thermal insulation system. Horizontal structures are designed as reinforced concrete slabs. The building is roofed with a single-layer flat roof
