This article presents a systematization of human rights violations in indigenous peoples in Brazil committed by companies during the civil-military dictatorship (1964-1988), which were identified by the National Truth Commission. Based on the observation of the existence of two development models in permanent conflict in Brazil and also in Latin America, the article will relate the mechanisms and practices related to Transitional Justice with the studies and notes that have been developed by researchers in the Business and Human Rights, indicating a fourth generation in transitional studies, which seeks to bring these two areas closer together under the name of Corporate Transitional Justice or Business Complicity in Transitional Justice.
