This study aims to determine the effect of Individual Competence, Job Training, Work Compensation and Work Environment on the Performance of Bank BPD DIY Syariah employees. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study were 42 employees at the BPD DIY Syariah bank. The primary data in this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires that had been carried out by researchers. In this research, a total of 42 questionnaires can be processed entirely. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS 24.
