When committing the role of a leader from a company, one's should be able to adapt their leadership style to certain circumstances within the company environment, which would encompass both the situation within its company and the worker's condition. As the time goes, a leader should be able to adapt himself to the worker's situation by examining them, could be done based on their capability and their motivation to find the right leadership method, so the ideal leadership method can be applied, which would affect them to work more efficiently
