EFFECT of WORK TRAINING AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT on EMPLOYEE PERFOMANCE at DAYACIPTA KEMASINDO ABSTRACT This research is aimed to determine whether the Work Training and the Career Development have an effect to the Employee Performance. This research is used 115 population of the employee at PT. Dayacipta Kemasindo. This research used the sample amount 100 respondents, the method to collect the data is questionnaire with the simple random sampling technic as the collection technic.
