Profil laboratorium dan kompetensi guru Pengelola Laboratorium IPA/Biologi SMPN Se-Kecamatan Senapelan Kota Pekanbaru Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018

This study aims to determine the laboratory profile and teacher competency of laboratory science/Biology to 2 SMPN Kecamatan Senapelan Pekanbaru academic year 2017/2018. based on permendiknas No 24 of 2007 and Permendiknas No. 26 of 2008. Data analysis in this research is done descriptively. The sample in this research is the science teacher who manages the laboratory at 2 State Junior High School Senapelan District Pekanbaru. Data obtained through observation sheet, questionnaire, interview, document recording. From the results of the research on the laboratory profile, obtained a percentage on each indicator that is, the furniture facilities of 92,85% are in good category, educational tools obtained percentage 69,99% are fullycategoryzed, 100% education media categorized very complete and other equipment show 98,21 are fullycategoryzed. While the facilities and infrastructure laboratory IPA / Biology 2 SMP Negeri In Senapelan District Pekanbaru city who got the highest percentage that is at SMP Negeri 2 Pekanbaru 84,12% categorized very completeand the lowest average percentage is in SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru is 74,80% categorized very complete. While the results of research competency of laboratory manager of labor obtained by percentage in each aspect respectively that is, qualification aspect 100% is in very competence categorie, personality competence equal to 98,21% is in very competence category, social competence obtained 98,42% is in the category of very competence, managerial competence of 90,41 % is in the category of very competence and professional competence indicate 85,64% are in the category very competence. Percentage of labor profile of 2 SMPN Kecamatan Senapelan Pekanbaru, highestpercentage average 79,46% (verry good), and accrordance with Permendiknas No 24 of 2007). Competence of teachers of IPA/Biology laboratory managers of State Junior High School Senapelan District Pekanbaru, highest percentage 91,03% (very good) and accrordance with Permendiknas No 26 of 2008
