This study aims to determine the laboratory profile and teacher competency manager of laboratory science/Biology SMPS acredited B in Pekanbaru city academic year 2017/2018. This research is a survey research with descriptive quantitatif analysis. Data collection in this study uses observation sheets, question naries, interviews, and documentation. Subjects in this study were biology laboratories and laboratory managers at B accreditade SMPS in Pekanbaru city which numbered 6 people. Data analysis techniques use percentage.
