Keterikatan kerja adalah faktor penting di organisasi, hal ini dikarenakan pengaruh dari keterikatan kerja terhadap kinerja individu maupun organisasi yang relatif besar. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi peneliti untuk mengetahui determinan atau faktor yang pada dasarnya mempengaruhi keterikatan seseorang terhadap pekerjaan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah hubungan dari cinta pekerjaan, persepsi dukungan organisasi, dan kesejahteraan psikologis dengan keterikatan kerja. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah anggota kepolisian yang bertugas di Polda Metrojaya, dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 433 anggota.
