This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on innovation and employee performance at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise East Java I. The population of this study was employees of the East Java Customs Office I with a total of 317. The sample size in this study was determined through Slovin formula with a 5% margin error, so as to obtain a sample of 177 employees. Quantitative analysis method using path analysis (Path Analysis), followed by partial hypothesis testing (t test) with alpha 5 percent (0.05).
