This research aims to determine the effect of intrinsic reward ,extrinsic reward, preventive punishment, and repressive punishment on the performance of Islamic bank employees. The method of data collection was through distributing questionnaires which were distributed to all employees of the BNI Syariah Semarang branch and samples were taken of the first 40 people who filled out the questionnaire for two weeks. The analysis technique in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis technique. The tool used is SPSS 22.
