The role of human resources in the organization affects organizational achievement. Organizations expect optimal performance from employees. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at PT. BPRS Cilegon Mandiri with a total population of 69 people. The sample used was a census or saturated sample. The questionnaire used in this study as primary data.
