Abstract The purpose of the study was to find out the influence of leadership and corporate culture on job satisfaction at Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Banyuasin. In analyzing the data, validty test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, t-test, F-test and normality test with an assist of SPSS 17 were used. The result of the study showed that leadership and corporate culture partially had a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, leadership and corporate culture had a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction with R2 = 0,320.
