Collected data by means of questionnaire and interviews. The analysis data by using qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The results show the internal public relations activites have not been optimal. Finally, to help the public relations for disseminating informations to employeses by establishing the harmonious communication between employees and the organizations leadership.
