Verdict Of Case No. 1339/Pdt.G/2018/PA.Sda and Number 1567/Pdt.G/2018/PA. Sda is a civil servant divorce case filed by the husband because the wife is considered to have committed nusyuz, especially for the verdict of case number 1339 / Pdt.G / 2018 / PA. Sda is because the wife has a lot of debt without the knowledge of the husband and the wife has a dream man other than her husband. In this case, the researchers submitted two formulations of the problem, namely: how amar and consideration of the judge's decision in the ruling of the Religious Court in Sidoarjo against the distribution of salaries of civil servant husbands to ex-wives who are rejected post-divorce and how the procedure for the implementation of the distribution of civil servants' salaries to ex-wives is rejected at related agencies post-divorce. This research is a type of juridical-sociological research or legal research using a ruling that is then reviewed about the reasons for divorce and divorce permit procedures conducted by civil servants, in this case related to the juridical review of Government regulation No. 45 of 1990 on changes to Government Regulation No. 10 of 1983 concerning marriage and divorce permits for civil servants. Legal material consists of primary legal materials, in the form of Case Decision No. 1339 / Pdt.G / 2018 / PA. Sda and Number 1567/Pdt.G/2018/PA. Sda and some related legislation, secondary in the form of research in the form of thesis, articles, and so on, and tertiary in the form of legal dictionaries, encyclopedias, and others. Documentation methods are used in the collection of legal materials. Analysis of legal materials is done with content analysis. The results of this study are for verdict number 1567/Pdt.G/2018/PA. The judge rejected the wife's claim for the awarding of 1/3 of the husband's salary to the wife because it had been proven that the wife was nusyuz and for the verdict number 1339/Pdt.G/2018/PA. Sda because it is proven that the wife is not nusyuz then the wife is entitled to a 1/3 share of the husband's salary. But the judge obliged the husband to give Mut'ah to the wife by his ability
