Sustainable fashion as an incentive for creating a multifunctional clothing collection

Tema ovog rada je fenomen održive mode koji je nastao kao odgovor konzumerizmu i brzoj modi. Kroz ovaj rad istražena je povijest zero-waste dizajna, njegovi principi i primjeri njegove primjene. U kreativnom dijelu rada, istražila sam multifunkcionalne odjevne predmete i zero-waste tekstile. Tako sam aspekt multifunkcionalnosti i zero-waste povezala u jednu održivu (sustainable) kolekciju.The theme of this paper is the phenomenon of sustainability which was created as a response to consumerism and fast fashion. Through this paper, I will explore the history of zero-waste design, it’s principles and examples of use. In the creative research, I will explore multifunctional garments and zero-waste textiles. In that way, the aspect of multifunctionality and zero-waste are combined into one sustainable collection
