This study aims to examined the effect of responsibility accounting and work motivation. This study used Contingency Theory. The population in this study is the Hotel Manager at Hotel RedDoorz Palembang, with a total of 36 hotels registered in the RedDoorz Application. Determination of the sample in this study used purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that only work motivation had a significant positive effect on managerial performance, while responsibility accounting had no significant positive effect on managerial performance.
