Many organizations have focused their efforts on creating an environment where employees consider it to be a great place to work. As a result, organizations have made improvements to create this environment. Such improvements include strategies, such as a) the increase of employees participating in the decision making process that pertain to their jobs, b) more flexibility in regards to employees balancing work life and home life, and c) increased accessibility to ask questions of senior management and get answers to questions.
