The present study is aimed at analyzing the perceptions of the participants of an Advanced Training Program in Public Administration regarding the application of learning in the organizational context. As a theoretical review we considered the literature on human resources development policies in Brazil, managerial learning, managerial skills in the public service and evaluation of training action.
