Increasingly, the electricity sector has played important economic and social role on the national scene. Driven by multiple stresses, especially coming from the regulator, ANEEL, and the association of distributors, ABRADEE, the electricity distribution companies have modernized their management systems, with consequences for both the public and external to internal.
